NotaryOnWheels was begun in 1985 by Charlotte Mitchell, a former legal secretary. The staff now includes in addition to Charlotte, three other part-time notaries.

We cover San Diego County, California, from behind the wheel of our respective cars. You may see a "Notary on Wheels" sign on the back windshield of one of our cars on the freeway. Be sure to wave. We are a friendly bunch.

We provide mobile notary services to individuals, businesses, and organizations. We also offer loan closings and professional fingerprinting.
